Product description
Studer Favorit CNC Cylindrical Grinder
The Studer Favorit CNC is a universal cylindrical grinder designed for the precise machining of medium-sized workpieces – both in short-run and high-volume production. The machine is available with a 650 mm or 1000 mm center distance and a 175 mm center-to-table height. It can grind workpieces weighing up to 80 kg (650 mm) or 120 kg (1000 mm) between centers.
The Favorit CNC's advantage is its ease of adaptation to a variety of applications thanks to a wide range of equipment options . Available features include in-process measurement, dynamic grinding wheel balancing, a grinding wheel-to-workpiece contact detection system, and precise longitudinal positioning, allowing for the highest quality finish and repeatability, even with complex workpieces.
The solid machine bed, made of polymerized Granitan® S103 granite, ensures stability, minimizes vibration, and guarantees long-term precision. This makes the Studer Favorit CNC a reliable, efficient, and highly precise solution for any modern production facility.
