The Haas Robotic Pallet Loading System is a comprehensive, plug-and-play solution for automating pallet handling on UMC and VMC machine tools. The standard configuration includes a robot with a 25 kg load capacity, a dedicated loading station, a light curtain, a rack, and three Zero Point Ready pallets – the system can be expanded to accommodate up to 15 pallets. The solution is equipped with an automatic window and a remote manipulator, improving safety and ergonomics while minimizing downtime and human error.
