The Haas VC 6+1 Pallet System for the VC-400/SS is an intelligent, fully integrated manufacturing automation platform for both high-volume CNC machining and small-batch machining with a wide variety of parts. Each 559 x 368 mm pallet, equipped with T-slots, can be individually programmed for machining priorities and sequences, enabling easy staging and immediate response to changing production needs.
Once the operation is complete, pallets are automatically transported to a warehouse or dedicated operator station, ensuring rapid unloading and subsequent loading. The system enables fully unattended operation, and the intuitive Haas control interface significantly simplifies production planning and part sequence management.
