The Haas UMC 6+1 Pallet System for the UMC-1250/SS is a fully integrated CNC production automation solution, recommended for both high-volume and low-mix machining. By individually planning each pallet according to its priorities and machining sequence, the system allows for flexible response to production requirements – priority parts can be machined first, and production cycles can be efficiently phased.
Once the machining is complete, the pallets are automatically transported to a warehouse or a dedicated, secure operator station, where immediate unloading and reloading are possible. The system guarantees efficient, unattended operation and convenient planning thanks to the intuitive Haas interface.
