The Haas EC 6+1 Pallet System for the EC-400 is a fully integrated CNC production automation solution, ideal for both high-volume and small, mixed-lot machining. Pallets can be individually programmed for machining priorities and sequences, providing flexibility and the ability to quickly stage processes on the machine.
Once the machining operation is complete, pallets are automatically transported to storage or a secured operator's station, enabling immediate unloading and loading of subsequent parts. The system guarantees fully unattended operation and convenient production planning thanks to the intuitive Haas interface.
