The Kitamura Mycenter-4XV is a versatile machining center that combines a compact design with a large work envelope, making it suitable for both precision and more demanding operations. The standard 40-station automatic tool changer (ATC) provides production flexibility and allows for quick changeovers. The machine is equipped with the IAC System 1 thermal compensation system, which stabilizes the machining process and ensures high accuracy even during extended periods of operation. The integrated 41 HP, 15,000 rpm spindle provides both high speed and power for heavy-duty machining operations.
For user convenience, the standard scraper-type chip conveyor can be mounted on the right or left side of the machine. The Arumatik-Mi Pro controller enables data processing up to 16 times faster, significantly speeding up task completion. Additionally, the machine is Renishaw probe-ready, which simplifies part setup and inspection during the machining process.
