The Kitamura Mycenter-3XV is a versatile and compact machining center designed for efficient machining of small and medium-sized workpieces. Despite its compact size, it offers a large work envelope, making it ideal for a variety of manufacturing applications.
The machine is equipped with IAC System 1 thermal compensation technology, which ensures stable and precise operation even in changing temperature conditions. The #40 high-speed, 41-horsepower spindle, reaching 15,000 rpm, combines speed with high cutting power, ensuring high productivity when machining a wide variety of materials.
The standard scraper-type chip conveyor can be mounted on the right or left side of the machine, facilitating efficient chip removal. The 30-tool, high-speed automatic tool changer (ATC) increases productivity by minimizing changeover times.
The advanced Kitamura Mi-Pro CNC controller speeds machining times up to 16 times, optimizing the entire production process. Additionally, the machine is compatible with part setting and inspection applications, and the Renishaw probe system enables precise measurement and quality control.
