Ibarmia T milling machine The T series machines are production centers for precise and efficient machining of medium and large workpieces, with the possibility of integrating many technological processes and automation systems. The T-series machines are available in five sizes, with maximum workpiece diameters of ø1250 mm, ø1600 mm, ø2200 mm, ø3000 mm, and ø3600 mm. The maximum workpiece height is 2150 mm and the maximum weight is 25 tons. Machines in this series are equipped with two types of heads: the THC version with the B axis positioned at a 45° angle to the Z axis, and the THR version with the A axis parallel to the X axis. The T series machines are characterized by high bed and column rigidity and high rotary table load capacity, which, combined with powerful electrospindles, enables efficient material removal. Gearless linear axis drives and torque motors in the rotary axes ensure the machine's dynamics. Direct measurement systems ensure fast positioning and precise 5-axis machining. The T Series machines are also available in a Multiprocess version, which combines milling, turning, grinding, and power skiving in a single machine.
