Haas DC-2 – More Range, More Possibilities
The DC-2 is an enhanced version of the Haas drill-and-tap center, designed for larger workpieces and more complex workholding arrangements. Its greater X- and Y-axis travel and larger table allow for machining large parts, mounting multiple vises, or performing complex processes in a single setup.
The machine is equipped with a 10,000 rpm BT30 spindle and a 21-station quick tool changer, which minimizes setup times and shortens production cycles. Optional 15,000 or 20,000 rpm spindles are available for even greater productivity.
The compact design with a rear chip ejector allows for side-by-side machine placement, while the open architecture ensures easy integration with automation systems. The sturdy, one-piece base and wide-set triangular column ensure rigidity and stability when machining demanding workpieces.
