Haas DC-1 Drilling Centers
The DC-1 is a high-performance drilling and tapping center with a 10,000-rpm BT30 spindle (15,000 and 20,000-rpm options also available) designed to minimize cycle times. A 21-station high-speed turret tool changer reduces setup times, enabling smooth, responsive production.
The compact design with a rear chip ejector allows for side-by-side placement, maximizing workshop space. The DC-1 is also designed for easy integration with automation systems, making it a versatile choice for both mass production and flexible applications.
Stability is ensured by a one-piece, widened base, and a wide-set triangular column increases rigidity when processing heavier workpieces.
