Blaser Grindex 10 CO Coolant – 25 liters Blaser Grindex 10 CO is a synthetic, oil-free, water-miscible cooling lubricant specifically designed for grinding operations. Its advanced chemical additives effectively prevent cobalt leaching from carbide, significantly extending tool life and protecting processed workpieces. This coolant is ideal for grinding cemented carbide, as well as cast iron and steel alloys. Grindex 10 CO provides effective corrosion protection even at low concentrations and keeps the grinding wheel and machine clean thanks to its excellent rinsing properties. The product is characterized by a very low tendency to foam, which translates into high work efficiency and process stability. Recommended working concentrations are 2–5% (typically 3%). A Jetmix mixer is recommended for preparing the emulsion.
