Blaser Grindex 10 CO Coolant – 208 liters Blaser Grindex 10 CO is a synthetic, oil-free, water-miscible cooling lubricant specially formulated for grinding operations. Thanks to unique chemical additives, the coolant effectively slows the leaching of cobalt from cemented carbide, maximizing tool life and the quality of machined parts. This coolant is excellent for grinding cemented carbide, but is also suitable for cast iron and steel alloys. Grindex 10 CO provides strong corrosion protection even at low concentrations and keeps discs and machines clean thanks to its excellent rinsing properties. The product has a low tendency to foam, allowing for high grinding efficiency even in challenging conditions. Recommended working concentrations: 2–5% (most commonly used: 3%). A Jetmix mixer is recommended for preparing emulsions.
