Haas DS-25Y – Compact Dual-Spindle Turning Center with Y-Axis
The Haas DS-25Y is a powerful lathe that combines two spindles, a Y-axis, a C-axis, and live tooling in a single machine, providing complete machining in a single setup. This allows you to simultaneously perform turning, milling, drilling, and tapping—including off-center machining—without having to transfer the workpiece between machines.
Opposing spindles enable smooth part transfer on the fly, reducing cycle times and increasing machining precision. The machine's footprint is small while offering a large work area and bar capacity of up to 76 mm.
