Blaser Vasco 7000 Coolant – 25 liters Blaser Vasco 7000 is a water-miscible, plant-based ester coolant free of chlorine, boron, formaldehyde, and other hazardous ingredients. Designed for high-performance machining of challenging materials such as titanium, nickel, chromium, and cobalt alloys, as well as for heavy-duty machining of cast iron, steel, and aluminum alloys. It also performs excellently when grinding components with high demands. Vasco 7000 coolant is free of mineral oils, heavy metals, secondary amines, silicone, bactericides, formaldehyde, nitrosamines, and glycol ethers, ensuring safety for the production process and the environment. Thanks to its innovative formula, it significantly reduces cobalt leaching from cemented carbides, protects against corrosion even at low concentrations, ensures good rinsing of tools and machinery, and demonstrates low foaming tendency. Optimal working concentrations: 2-5% (typically 3%). It is recommended to use a Jetmix mixer to prepare the coolant. The product should be stored at 0-40°C.
