Blaser Blasomill cutting oil 22 – 25 liters Blaser Blasomill 22 is a high-performance mineral oil-based cutting oil designed for advanced machining of stainless steel, acid- and heat-resistant steel, titanium, and non-ferrous metals. It performs excellently in a variety of machining operations, including milling, drilling, turning (including automatic), threading, broaching, pressing, reaming, and sawing, as well as in machines with high-speed spindles. The oil can also be used as a multi-purpose fluid – both for machining and lubrication (e.g., in the event of leaks in hydraulic systems). It largely meets the requirements of hydraulic oils (HLP) and gear oils (CLP) and complies with the most important safety and environmental standards (EC waste code: 12 01 07, water hazard class: WEC 1, no ADR class). Avoid water contamination during use; temperature range: 0°C to 60°C for continuous operation.
