Blaser Blasocut BC 25 MD Coolant – 25 liters Blaser Blasocut BC 25 MD is a versatile, water-miscible, mineral oil-based, chlorine-free coolant designed for working with delicate non-ferrous materials. It contains special additives that enable precise grinding and machining of cast iron, steel alloys, aluminum, and copper and zinc alloys. The coolant formula provides excellent anti-corrosion properties—perfect for machining non-ferrous metals and cast iron. Thanks to its high cutting efficiency and enhanced emulsion stability, Blasocut BC 25 MD ensures long tool life and efficiency in everyday operations. The coolant is free of heavy metals, boron, secondary amines, silicone, bactericides, formaldehyde, and nitrosamines, making it safe for the work environment and operators. Recommended concentrations: 3–5% for grinding (minimum 4% for cast iron), 7–10% for machining (range: 3–15%). A Jetmix mixer is recommended for preparing the emulsion.
