Blaser Blasocut 2000 CF-MD is a universal, water-miscible coolant based on mineral oils and enriched with special additives that enable efficient machining of non-ferrous metals. The coolant features an exceptionally mild formula, free of bactericides and harmful substances such as sulfur, chlorine, zinc, phosphorus, boron compounds, nitrites, formaldehyde, amines, diethanolamine, nitrosamines, silicones, heavy metals, and dioxins. This makes it perfectly tolerated by the skin and human body, ensuring safety even during intensive use.
Blasocut 2000 CF-MD boasts high emulsion stability, which translates into long tool life and cost-effective operation. The recommended working concentration for general machining is 5–8%, with a possible range of concentrations from 5% to 25%.
